Nursing Administrative Coordinator for Phoenixville Hospital
Hours: Full-time, (36 hours per week)
Primary responsibility comprehensive in the areas of leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, communications, group process, service excellence, use of personal resources, control of patient and staff environment. The Nursing Administrative Coordinator demonstrates clinical competence, which exceeds the Registered Nurse. The Nursing Administrative Coordinator accepts ownership of own work and with reporting responsibility for the quality of care provided and care outcomes to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Involvement is expected in educational endeavors for staff and self, as well as research applicable to patient care. The Nursing Administrative Coordinator works collaboratively with all hospital leadership to assure success of all units.
