Must be familiar with normal administrative duties (maintaining policies, meeting minutes, payroll, filing, etc.) as well as be familiar with drug names, CPT Codes, financial audit reviews, and billing duties.
All duties as related to teh practice of hospital pharmacy, including, but not limited to: prepares meeting minutes timely; handles payroll daily; mantains files, e-mails, distribtes mail, and schedules for meetings; orders office supplies; prepare reports as requested or scheduled; maintains daily revenue managment reports and audits; maintains monthly Nurisng Unit Caode cart, and restocking Inspections; etc...
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Must have 1-2 years experience with hospital pharmacy practice.
-Must be proficient with pharmacy math; pharmacy laws; rules and regulations; medical terminology and abbreviations; and symbols commonly used in prescribing, dispensing, and the documenting of medications.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have working knowledge of computer systems and sofware, and experience in mcirosoft office (word, excel, adn powerpoint).
-Must have strong organizational skills.
