    Responsibilities

    In this new position, you will provide information technology infrastructure and software support, upgrades, and security throughout Jennersville Hospital and remote locations. Your contributions will include:

     

    Demonstrating your prowess supporting and troubleshooting printers, PCs, applications, network issues, and providing exceptional customer service when responding to help desk support. Monitoring and adjusting database systems to meet changing processing requirements consistent with the maintenance of operating performance.

     

    • Consulting with users and systems staff to establish information needs and to help identify new tools.
    •     Demonstrating critical thinking and follow through.
    •     Embracing self-accountability for work while collaborating with others.
    •     Eagerly tackling special projects or other tasks as assigned.
    •     Providing on call support.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred but not required.
    • 4+ years in a help desk or other information technology Enterprise manager and performance monitoring and security management tools. 
    • Established skills of analysis and system troubleshooting with an eagerness to learn, support, and tenaciously troubleshoot technologies.
    • Proven ability to methodically approach issues, resourcefully research and troubleshoot issues, and creatively solve problems.
    • The successful candidate must be patient, customer focused and service oriented. Collaboration with IT staff and end user personnel is key for this position.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation Healthcare industry knowledge helpful.
