    In this position, you will become part of Tower Health's Financial IT Application Team that supports Kronos for the enterprise. The Kronos Analyst is responsible for implementing, developing and maintaining the Tower Finance system along with associated third party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions.

    Your contributions will include:

    • Working with users to analyze needs and provide support and enhancement of software. Creativity is a must as requests and builds related to scheduling can be unique and complex.
    • Implementing, developing, reporting, and maintaining the system along with interfacing with other applications.
    • Obtaining an in-depth knowledge of the application, other applications supported, and a detailed understanding of the integration to other applications.
    • Demonstrating critical thinking and follow through.
    • Providing on call support on a rotating schedule based upon application needs.
    • Responsible for establishing credibility at all levels and building partnerships with customers and colleagues.


    • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
    • 2+ years of Kronos experience required either as an analyst or working collaboratively with an analyst on the payroll side in a healthcare environment.
    • 2+ years of experience working with nursing in building and supporting Kronos Scheduling is strongly preferred. Experience with scheduling and the advanced scheduling modules in a decentralized and centralized scheduling environment is a major plus. Experience with reporting is also helpful.
    • Established skills of workflow analysis and system troubleshooting with an eagerness to learn, support, and tenaciously troubleshoot supported technologies. Proven ability to methodically approach issues, resourcefully research and troubleshoot issues, and creatively solve problems.
    • Dedicated attention to build and workflow requirements.
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and a track record of effectively communicating with users and IT management in a professional manner through verbal and written communication. The successful candidate must be customer focused and service oriented. Collaboration with IT staff and end user personnel is key for this position.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
