The Project Coordinator provides a high level of administrative support of the Directors of Telehealth, Patient Safety, Medical Staff Services, Risk, etc. The Project Coordinator serves as primary support person for these departments completing all projects and assignments as requested including communications with Project Team Members, Hospital and Ambulatory Departments, Administrators, and Physicians. Schedules and coordinates internal and external appointments and meetings for the Department. Compiles and distributes meeting materials under the direction of the Director and administrative staff for selected administrative meetings. Records minutes according to established procedure and acts as custodian for all records and reports specific to the selected project, committees, and work groups. Uses discretion, judgment, and handles duties maintaining confidentiality.
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
4 year / Bachelor's Degree: BS or BA in Releated Field (Preferred)
Experience working in the Healthcare industry or a related field (Preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to type proficiently, ability to multitask, ability to work independently with little or no supervision, Professional and confidential, resourceful and efficient.
