Assists in the installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems for all Chestnut Hill entities, in accordance with the Maintenance Department policies and procedures; Works to provide a safe environment for patients, employees, and visitors.
Responsible for performing general Maintenance duties, such as: electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting repairs, and troubleshooting hospital specific equipment when necessary ie: beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs. Performs routine modifications to the Building Automation System; ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments on major HVAC equipment. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must possess mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance experience; five year’s general maintenance experience required.
