Registered Nurses in the Float Pool support various areas of the health system within the Medical & Surgical Divisions to include: Cardiac, Respiratory, Stroke/Neuro, Oncology, Orthopedics, Observation areas, Rehab & Psychiatry. Our relationship-based care model creates a healing environment for patients, families, nurses and colleagues alike.
As a member of the Float Pool, your base pay rate is based on your years of nursing experience plus competetive premium pay. Additional shift and weekend differentials are added where applicable.
Our RNs are eligible for a generous educational assistance program, on-site certification prep courses, up-front certification exam coverage and a financially incentivized career advancement program.
Tier III- 30% premium
Must be able to work 24 hours per pay period
Must work one holiday per calendar year
16 of the 48 hours (every 4 week schedule) must be worked on weekends (Friday 1900-Monday 0700)
Shift differential applies based on hours worked (10%)
RN; two years minimum of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
