    The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for guiding and directing patient teaching, activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. In this position the OHN will develop, teach and provide educational health and safety programs to area employers and Occupational Health staff. 


    Responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate and deliver services and programs
    • Provide on and off-site health and safety services
    • Injury care services
    • Injury prevention and health promotion educational programs   




    • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing


    • Occupational Health and Emergency Care preferred

    • 1-2 years Case Management experience (preferred)


    • Licensed and currently registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

    • Valid Healthcare Provider CPR certification (required)

    • Preferred:

      • COHN-S (Certified Occupational Health Nurse - Specialist)
      • Hearing conservation
      • Pulmonary Function Testing
      • Smoking Cessation Facilitator
      • Bat Instructor
