- Supports Tower Health Medical Group physician practices in Reading, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties under the direction of the System Director of Operational Excellence of the Tower Health Medical Group.
- The Customer Experience Program Specialist is responsible for tactical execution of multiple Service Excellence programs designed to improve patient satisfaction, organizational capability and cost effectiveness across all 90 plus practice locations.
- Candidates will be able to demonstrate service-oriented values and experience with diverse customer groups.
- Candidates will share personal examples of systematic identification of customer service opportunities, improvements and service recovery.
- Candidates will be self-starters, comfortable in high growth environments and experienced with the latest business software applications and communication tools.
- Weekly travel to practice locations is required.
